Memorandum by Fatal Transactions on the European Union's contribution to natural resource management in Africa

Fatal Transactions has analysed what the European Union does to address the potential problems and benefits natural resources can bring to people in African countries. A detailed overview is given on the many policies and papers of the European Commission, the European Council and the Parliament members. The main conclusion is that a lot is being said while little is being done so far.
